In early October, Nissan reported that the company sold 127,187 vehicles in the U.S. during September. These results established a new September U.S. sales record, and delivered a 9.3 percent increase over September 2016 results.

Sales of Nissan SUVs and trucks continued to be strong, as the Rogue set a new September sales record by selling 38,969 vehicles and earning a 47.3 percent gain, while the TITAN pickup sold 3,773 vehicles for a 51.9 percent improvement. The Armada was the star of the month, setting a new September sales record on 4,447 vehicles sold and a stellar increase of 159.8 percent.

Not to be left out, Nissan cars also performed well for the month, led by the Sentra delivering sales of 19,128 vehicles for a 39.9 increase and the Maxima delivering a 27.9 percent improvement over last September.
