My service advisor John was extremely professional and courteous. The LOF and tire rotation took much less time than quoted. Johnny and another gentleman in the parts department were also extremely courteous and professional and promptly printed me a quote for some accessories I was curious about. It would have been a 5 star visit, but there were several sales persons that as they were entering and exiting the elevator, were using language that I do not approve of in front of my children (I had my 4 and 5 year old with me). I apologize to John Stulik (my advisor) for this dig on his CSI but I have been upset and stewing over the behavior of the sales staff in front of children and the several ladies that were there.

Good experience. The wash job was even better than usual! I had to wait longer than promised by a half hour although not a big deal as I didn't have an appointment to get to.
