Frank Paxton helped us buy our new Altima S rather than selling it to us. He listened carefully as we explained our situation to him and then, in turn, explained what he could do to help us. His knowledge of the car and its features and performance capabilities was excellent. We were very happy with our experience.
We had been to 2 other Nissan dealerships to buy a Nissan Versa. They did not treat us well at all and we ended up being frustrated and ready to give up trying to purchase a vehicle. Your dealership was recommended by a coworker (who purchased a new vehicle last year from you) and we thought we would try one more time . The total time to test drive, decide and close the deal took about 2 hours. The previous dealership it took from 11 am to 830 pm on a Sunday . (that financing did not go though so we had to return the vehicle) We would definately recommend this dealer to any and everyone I know.

I had been lied to and jerked around over at Earnhardt Nissan. The salesman I was supposed to meet was busy closing another deal and the Inet director helped out. I told him exactly what I wanted and with minimal friction from sales manager I bought the car that I was told they had. Brian was a nice laid back Christian and it was a pleasure getting to know him. Also, it was nice to be sold a car that was actually on the lot.
I purchased.a new car and left happy and satisfied. What more can I say! The sales staff was very professional in all respects. I ask for a fair price for my trade, and they accepted it without a hassle. I hate the stress associated with a new car purchase with a trade-in, but this was basically a stress free experience. I got a fair deal and highly recommend this dealership. This is the 14th new car I have purchased in my lifetime, so I would say I am a qualified buyer to evaluate a new car dealership!
When I spoke to Frank on the phone, he understood what I was looking for and was not pushy, but asked good questions. He submitted a quote to me via email and the dealership was higher than the one in my neighborhood. I emailed back and asked the best deal that could be done. He had the new guy, Mike, call me the following day and I we discussed the issue. Mike shared that in order to get my business he needed to beat the quote I had. He called me back an did just that. We then drove to the dealership a few hours later drove away with a new car.
We expressed our concerns about our vehicle needs and Eddie our salesman listened. We discussed how we were treated when dealing with another dealership and how that unnamed dealership (off of Bell Rd with a similar brand name) made us not want to stay with the NISSAN brand. They did everything in their power to make us feel at home, comfortable, and appreciated. We recieved outstanding customer service in all aspects of the sale and they deomonstrated excellence. We are so thankful for everthing they have done for us helping with our finances and our family needs.
